Just One Thing – Refunds & Photography Policy

Refunds & Cancellation

Due to limited capacity at the venue, we request that you cancel your attendance at least 7 days before an event. This gives us the opportunity to fill your space.

We cannot offer refunds requested less than 7 days before the event. However, you are welcome to pass your ticket to a friend or colleague – please let us know their name as soon as you are able (on the day is fine.) or attend a future event instead – please contact us for details.

Please email [email protected] or [email protected] to request a refund, regarding postponing your space or that you’re passing your ticket to someone else.

If McCanna Coaching Ltd and Lucidity Innovation Ltd need to cancel the event for any reason, including matters out of the organisers’ control, we will refund your ticket price within 14 days of the event date and will contact you to arrange this.

There may be circumstances in which we need to postpone the event or change the venue at which the event is to be held and if we do, we shall advise you of this as soon as we possibly can. If the postponement is for more than 6 months after the publicised date of the event or the replacement venue is more than 20 miles away from the publicised venue, you may cancel your ticket by emailing us at [email protected] and we shall provide you with a full refund.

Photography and Video

We may wish to photograph or film the event for the purposes of promoting future events or otherwise. We will assume that you consent to us (or any other person attending the event) photographing or filming you. If you do not consent to be included in any of our photos or films please email me at [email protected] prior to the event so we are aware.
