With 17 years experience both as a Learning and Development manager and a fundraising professional I understand the challenges involved in keeping your organisation running effectively and efficiently.
And this starts with your people. I design bespoke programmes for teams and organisations, whether team coaching after a change, management development for new managers, or organisation-wide interventions to support restructure and culture change.
I am also available for one-off facilitation of workshops, team away days or key meetings. Some examples of recent assignments include:
