Support for freelancers

Are you self employed?

Running your own business can be tough. The structures in place in your organisational life are no longer available and yet, to get the most from your business, you need support. I work with freelancers at various stages of their careers to provide coaching support. Together we will create a vision for your business, and crucially what your business needs to bring in to help you create the life you want.

This might include:

  • Focusing on specific challenges or on how to grow your business
  • Working out what you need your business to do in order to provide for the life you want
  • An annual review process where I seek feedback from a range of your clients and we use this as the basis of a review conversation. This can also include support to set and monitor objectives.

As a client said to me recently, having identified several high-earning low-maintenance products she can create right now for her business, plus a long term goal to enable her to create the family life she wants, in just three sessions  – ‘Everyone should have coaching!’

Please use the contact form below to get in touch, so we can discuss the right programme of support for you.

To get a feel for how I work, you may like to read my blog. This post entitled ‘From Should to Could’ which may challenge the way you think about your work, and 5 exercises to transform your career will help you work out what life you want your business to enable you to create.

As a freelancer, I started sessions with Jen to provide a supportive space to think about the bigger picture and reflect on the year’s work. My sessions have been fun, thought provoking and have directly impacted on the way I develop my business. Jen’s motivating and positive approach helped me gain new insight, drive and confidence.

Jen asked the right questions that led me to focus on my key priorities and pinpoint what would make a difference to my work and life.  Being self employed you get so used to doing everything yourself  –  but I’ve found the coaching sessions with Jen have been invaluable in helping me re-focus and re-energise myself against my objectives

My coaching sessions have given me the chance to step back from the day to day running of my business, and to take stock. It has been really useful to identify things which were holding me back, and to have dedicated time to talk them through, one to one, with someone who can really push me to question things. Well worth it, thank you!
