Support for freelancers

Get in touch

Going it alone can be tough, the structures in place in your organisational life are no longer available and yet to get the most from your business you need support. I work with freelancers at various stages of their careers to provide a range of practical and coaching support.

This might include:

  • 1-1 coaching focusing on specific challenges or on how to grow your business
  • An annual review process where I seek feedback from a range of your clients and we use this as the basis of a review conversation. This can also include support to set and monitor objectives.

To get a feel for how I work, you may like to read my blog. This post entitled ‘To Be or To Achieve‘ covers issues which often come up with freelance clients, or those juggling several roles, or ‘From Should to Could‘ which challenges you in a slightly different way.

Please use the contact form below to get in touch, so we can discuss the right programme of support for you.

‘As a freelancer, I started sessions with Jen to provide a supportive space to think about the bigger picture and reflect on the year’s work. My sessions have been fun, thought provoking and have directly impacted on the way I develop my business. Jen’s motivating and positive approach helped me gain new insight, drive and confidence.’
