Embedding a coaching culture in an international development organisation

Back in 2013 I was embarking on a journey to create a coaching culture at VSO, where I was Learning & Development Manager at the time. The way VSO works to effect change through volunteers struck me as having many similarities with a coaching approach and that led to this article in Coaching Today magazine.
