Brand, Values & Behaviours

Organisations often view a re-brand as a change of logo or colour scheme, but sustainable re-brands involve an in-depth look at organisational goals, values and behaviours. I work with clients who are engaged in re-brands to support teams to embrace changes. This might be around new expectations of how they will work.
I work as an associate with Addison Communications – a team of experts in working with charity and not-for-profit clients on both large scale re-branding programmes and smaller communications projects. Jen held a series of remote team coaching sessions for our international finance group.  The sessions were prepared in advance with not too much additional burden on the participants. Jen was able to facilitate through some challenging parts to enable a more open discussion, creating a safe space for the issues to arise and be addressed. Her style is very calm and genuine so it puts others at ease, and she really listens to the points that people are raising. The end product is a team that is committed to working better together.
